About Us

Good Hands Home Care (previously known as Good Hands Community Care) is a locally owned and operated non-medical home care service located in Memphis, Tennessee. We’ve been serving Memphis and surrounding areas since 2010 and we specialize in companionship and in-home care  for seniors or individuals that need assistance to remain happy and independent in their own homes.

We strive to meet the needs of seniors looking for either short-term or long-term care. Our caring and experienced team of trustworthy and dedicated caregivers are well trained, screened, and bonded. We provide up to 24 hour care in the comfort of your home or in a licensed facility.

Why We Are a Better Type of Agency

When I was growing up, my mother had multiple sclerosis (MS) and was paralyzed from the neck down.  Since she was bed-ridden we used home care services for over 20 years and this was a part of my daily life growing up.   I know first hand what it means to put your trust in someone to care for your loved one. 

I also know what it’s like when a caregiver doesn’t show up for the day.  I remember those days as a child trying my best to take care of my mother while my father was at work when our caregiver didn’t show up at the last minute.  I know the fear first-hand of leaving your vulnerable loved one at home alone when you need to go to school or work.  It is this experience that drives me every single day and is the backbone of my commitment to make Good Hands Home Care the best agency possible.
