This letter is to serve as a notice to all of our employees. It is very important we receive all timesheets by Monday noon of each week. Timesheets can be mailed, faxed, or emailed to our office.
Our mailing address is 2738 Mt. Moriah Memphis, TN 38115, the fax number is (901) 250-1065, the email address is payroll@goodhandcares.com, and lastly you can text your timesheet to (901) 267-6895.
If timesheets are not received by noon on Monday, employees will be paid on the next pay period. It is the employee responsibility to make sure their timesheet is submitted within the allocated time frame. Going forward please assist us with doing our due diligence to make certain everyone is paid on time.
In addition to timesheets we want to make certain each employee is clocking in and out from their assign work location. It is imperative for each employee to clock in and out. If for some reason you do not clock in or out you will receive a call from the Staffing Coordinator/Supervisor. At the time of this call you will be expected to submit your signed timesheet on that day. It is our goal as we continue to provide quality services, we also be effective and efficient in all we do.
